About Ramesh Natarajan

With over 42 years of active roles in the lead acid batteries industry, starting at the age of 20, in the year 1980, as a graduate trainee and rising to a managerial role to taking the lead in setting up a successful greenfield export oriented battery plant and finally being part of a successful family business setup in the last 22 years of his career - Ramesh Natarajan has donned many hats.

His career roles encompassed designing batteries for various applications including specialized needs, project planning & execution, overall manufacturing, training personnel for quality management systems, vendor development, marketing & customer service.

    He has been a speaker at various seminars & has conducted technical training sessions in India, Malaysia, Thailand, Dubai, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

  • As a Coach & Mentor

    He has advised and mentored many Battery Manufacturers and helped them improve their processes and product quality.

  • As an Author

    He has authored multiple books for the betterment of the Battery Industry and hopes that it will inspire youngsters, who have innovative ideas and are ambitious.
